Tactical WWII Game

Can anyone point me towards a either really cheap or free game thats tactical WWII? I would even go for free rules and unit stats so I could make my own pieces.

Working on a North Africa currently. Posted a photo of the map under VARIANTS. Our third test game scheduled for tuesday. Will take some time to finalize all rules. Expect to have more options for individual units when I get FMG sets.

It is a fun game and has an easy to understand rule book.
