This isn’t exhaustive but:
Mongolian rules changed a fair bit. minor to major factory in Berlin scramble rules became logical (1st ed: no scramble from coasts e.g. London but unlimited from islands) UK units added to starting units (converted from French units). Don’t know why. Ukraine minor factory addedHow many AAA are included in Eur & Pac 2nd Ed?

I own the 1st editions of the game and I want to buy some of the new AAA units - how many are included for each nation in the new editions?

You could probably buy 6 for each nation and be fine. Most players don’t buy them and just use the starting AAA. I painted all my units and if I can remember there was 12 for each Major power and 8 or 6 for each minor power (Italy, ANZAC) and China doesn’t have any obviously.
