The Russian forces, reveling in victory in Korea (which up until this point was mistakenly called Manchuria), party a little too hard and the region infrastructure pays the price.  The result of much vodka, victory and vice is that the Major factory that once stood there is but a shadow of it’s former glory… a minor factory, if you will.
