HBG has expansion sets for every power. I got a set for Germany and one for UK, and some extra chips including green ones to represent 3 units, and i haven’t had any issues.

FYI, Wizards informed me that they will no longer send out additional chips or playing pieces for 1914. I do understand that it would be an expense for them. I do hope that when they release an updated 1914, they include enough pieces and chips to make the game playable out of the box.

That is unfortunate. I am sorry you lost out. Many here were able to get extra pieces.

This is not a problem just go to Historical board gamer.com I bought hundreds of pieces and I don’t use poker chips anymore…

I did not even know you could get additional chips or playing pieces other than from third parties @_@.
