I made a lot of improvements. The code was adjusted to avoid some looping, and the unit purchase tabulator was included side-by-side with every turn IPC tracker. The damage tracker was also much improved, I think. See attached. Accepting all constructive criticism.
IPC for each country in alpha 2

Are the starting ipc of each country in alpha2 the same as the base set up!

In Europe, the USSR gets 37 IPCs (9 extra). Everyone else is unchanged.
In Global, UK Europe gets 28, UK Pacific gets 17, and everyone else is unchanged.

The alleged rationale for all these endless mindless Alpha changes were to help the Axis to win.
So the answer is to bulk up the starting IPC’s for the UK and the USSR?
Yeah right!
