Yo kiddo…I found out in another game that we cannot partially retreat troops. I thought you had a great Idea in the Russia turn by taking some troops back once the defending force was done. It is in the rule book that all troops must retreat when you retreat any troops. It looked brillant to me and I was going to thank you for teaching me that one. Oh well. Good idea anyhow.
