prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. I dont get dice rolls because of gmail account. borysowiczmike@gmail.com if you want to set up so you get my dice rolls.

Do I have to upload pictures off the map when I play online? or can I play without doing that. I cant get the Map simulator program to work.

You just open up Battlemap and then open G40 maps through battlemap. It sounds like you don’t have the latest version of battlemap/G40 mod.

I have the old version. That works fine, but when i try to open the new version, my computer refuse. But i have the board game map, so I can use that.

When you try and extract the new version it doesn’t work? Or we you load it up?

i can download the files. I have also oppened a program that contains a map that is created for the old axis and allies. But when i try to download maps with aBatlemap from this forum, an error message comes and then two bars shows up. The two bars is called Tool bar and info view. But no map is opened. I dont understand what i do wrong. I have extracted the files…… :-(

You don’t have the latest G40 mod. Go to the link and download the latest version, then paste it into your Battlemap folder. Copy over the existing G40 folder.
