@Adiloi Yes, theoretically this could continue. But the Axis would gain so much income from this exchange that the Allies would not recover, and eventually attrition will stop UK from being able to retake since they won’t be able to buy new units and Germany will.

Regarding the Amphibious Assult, does the transport(with land units) has to be accompanied by a warship? Or the transport can start the assult on its own when there is no enemy’s warship in the sea zone?
Also, if requiring a warship, does the warship has to be either Cruiser or battleship? Can we use Destroyer or Submarine as the warship when attacking the coast?

No, you don’t need an escort for the transport(s) if the sea zone is undefended. Of course, defenders could also include air units that may scramble.
