Hey guys new here! anyway loving Axis and Allies 1942 revised however the game board is just too small. I went to a local Kinkos and they would not touch it due to Copyright issues. I am not trying to sell just need a bigger map for my pieces anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

Don’t ever go to Kinko’s. Find a real printer, not chain

You know it might be good to have a printing resource guide somewhere on the site for people to locate shops where they might get some of these really great maps printed.

Well that would be a national list and the intentions of what they want printed would have different requirements. Some may want their map just enlarged, which is really bootleg and posting who does this could cause them a lawsuit. Others just want to print out custom maps, which can be done by anybody except Kinko’s because they suck. So basically, go anywhere except Kinkos–give them no business they are POP copy incarnated.

Find a print shop local that prints banners. I got mine printed on banner material for 3x 6 ( $77.00 ) and 4x 8 ( $107.00 ) maps.

But it should be thick material, not the cheap banner material that has cross threads running on both X and Y axis so the map has bumps. Do it with semi gloss or the lights will give the map a glare

Is there a place where I can Download the 1942 revised edition map? Bringing in the actual board is something these places seem to frown upon lol…

Similarly I’m looking for 1940 Global map to print.  Anybody?
