Yep, no problem on this non-scramble, fine with the outcome as is.
I’ll also usually consider the net TUV swing as you mentioned. If scrambling makes it worse, 95% of the time I won’t be scrambling, unless there is some specific tactical reason to do so.
Anyways, if you’ve got a criteria you like to abide by, like 75% odds and worse TUV with the scramble to skip it, I’m good with that as well. PTV has a lot of potential scrambles, so anything to make it more efficient.
That being said, I do have a question on Italy’s turn here. Can the UK take Syria with ground and then land their planes there the same turn (ie. attack the fleet in SZ101)? If it’s a no, which I suspect it is, I will want to re-position the fleet a bit. Should not affect Anzac/France turn if you want to go ahead with your next turn.
