Would anyone be interested in a newby NWO (new world order) tournament?

i’m just canvassing around to see if there is enough interest

it would be the popular “New World Order” map that comes with triplea

only people either completely new to it, or close to being new, or who completely suck at it

…well, I’ve played like 20 games on that map. Really like that one. Can I participate or is that already too much? Can we think of a handicap for mediocre players, like +10% PU for their opponents?

Personally I think you should accept all players. It seems to be a fairly new map right? As such it is highly unlikely any player out there is already more skilled in it, then everybody else. Also players can play as many games as they like and still claim they are new or they are new and after signing up they play loads of games that makes them more or less advanced. There is no way you can verify this. All you can hope for is honesty.

nwo has been out for probably 6-8 years

it is very competitive, and the play level on the lobby is very high

we could run a separate “experienced” tournament as well

or we could combine them into 1 tournament

all depends on the level of interest
