1. Any vessel can ignore a sub… a dd, a BB, a tnp, another sub… subs never have to be paid attention to unless you attack them.

2. Not supposed to be able to not do an attack you write out after you roll dice… do a round, I might miss. What, did you want to take a bomber somewhere else?

dd, if a sub attacks an ac w ftrs on it, it can’t hit the ftrs, but can the ftrs return fire at it?

nope, not if there is not defending dd…. so an AC with ftrs, but without a dd is the same as a naked AC. Subs and ftrs MUST have a dd to interact at all, but even so, a sub can never hit an aircraft.

So, that’s a big change from Revised. If you examine it, that makes AC’s very suceptible to subs, you really have to watch it. A game will end quickly if an AC is sunk by a sub and the ftrs can’t move one space and land… thats a $34 swing (plus any tnps with the AC)

You should at least sign up the the tourny on this site…. sign-ups going on right now. Lesser experienced people win all the time. I got diced out of the first round in last year’s tourny to a player I don’t regard to be overly skilled.  :|
