Since there was no sea battle in sea zone 12 and the destroyer did not participate in the amphibious assault, it did not participate in combat and is therefore free to move in noncombat movement.

I have downloaded the abattlemap can i get directions for the entire setup to play this way. Dice algerithims and basic dirsctions and everything i need to download. Thank you in advance.

Battlemap is simply a map program. The only functions are adding and subtracting units, and undoing moves. You execute the game mechanics and interpret the rules yourself. The dices are rolled here, on the forums.
