We use a heavy outdoor vinyl for our maps. The kind that sign shops use for promotional banners etc. Really nice on larger maps. Don’t be scared to spend the extra money over paper as it is well worth it long term.

+1 510 705 1930They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I was able to get Imperious Leader’s 80’’ by 70’’ inch map done on two sheets on very sturdy paper that can be rolled up and will lie flat when taken out.
Anyway, anyone in the Bay Area wanting to use a service to print out a quality map should consider Edition One. It a small local shop. The owners name is Ben Zlotkin. Nice guy, pays attention to quality.
