You dock a damaged Battleship at an allies Naval Base.

Does it repair on your allies turn? Or on your turn? I’m guessing on my own turn - ? But the rules are pretty vague here…

To me this means that if for example Italy controls only Iraq it will get 2IPC’s. Is this correct?

I also had a question about the convoy disruption on page 24 of the rulebook. At the bottom right it says that Italy could loose up to 2 IPC’s from the british sub. Is this a typo?
