Kamikaze are a defensive weapon, which are resolved at the beginning of the combat phase, so the attacking air units have already launched from their carriers are not in danger (unless they are “guest” air units). As such, they will participate in combat even if their carrier is hit, and will have the remainder of their movement to land as normal afterwards.
Question on Territories for nations with a captured capital
-
If France is controlled by Germany…
Can I move a Brit into Morocco as a non-combat move or any other France Territory and gain the IPC for it? Would I move Frances National Production down and Britians up?Does a nation ever get the IPCs for an allies territory? If UK was captured could I move USA troops into Canada and gain control of those territories?
Thanks for your help

You can only take control of an ally’s territory if it has already been captured by an enemy
