Regarding SZ 110, I got hosed one time on a UK scramble. Usually as Germany, I send 3 fighters, 3 Stukas, 1 bombers and sometimes 1 sub to SZ 110. Our UK player had gotten in the habit of not scrambling in order to save the RAF for future action.
Well, this one game I made the mistake of just assuming UK would not scramble. I sent 2 fighters, 2 Stukas and 1 bomber to SZ 110. The other fighter and Stuka I sent to kill the French fleet in SZ 93. Well, UK taught me a lesson. They scrambled and wiped out my planes. I didn’t even kill all the ships in the channel.
Never made that mistake again.

No, they may not. It reverts to French control immediately upon France’s liberation.

I’m the German player. I conduct 3 combat actions:
- SBR on AB in UK with 1 bomber and 2 escort fighters.
- Attack on Sea zone 109 with naval units.
- Amphibious assault on UK in sz 109.
UK player decides to scramble 3 fighters in sz 109 and to leave 1 fighter to defend the AB from SBR.
If SBR is succesfull (with 4 or more damages), the 3 Uk fighters can scramble? Because the AB isn’t anymore operative.

Scrambling occurs before the SBR, so the fighters are already scrambled before the airbase is damaged.

In the non-combat phase can planes land on carriers? One more thing, if u have to do the thing where you spend the pacific money and have to place them in the pacific side or can you make up your own rules and just combine U.S.'s money and place their units anywhere by an industrial complex.

Yes, planes can land on carriers in noncombat.
I assume you’re asking about a split income US rule? That’s a house rule, and so you’re free to do whatever you want.

You can split the powers among the players in any way that you like, as long as one player doesn’t control both Axis and Allied powers. The recommended distribution of powers to players is on page 31 of the Rulebook.

You could, but it’s not recommended. That would mean one player playing all of the axis powers, against everyone else. The axis player would be doing half of the moves on the board.

I know the US has some rules about not being at war but I am confused on one point. Can the Australian fighters land in Pearl Harbor to help defend it before US is at war or no? Thanks

No. No allied units can land in territory of any neutral. This rule is not exclusive to the USA. You can’t land in USSR when she’s neutral, either.
The answer is right there in the sidebar of page 15, under movement.

Can you destroy carriers as casaulties or make them damaged if you have aircraft in a fight that would need to land on them? Or since the aircraft would otherwise be unable to land, would you be forced to take aircraft as casaulties until an extra carrier is no longer needed to land them.

You can take the carriers as hits.
The only time you have to worry about the rule against suicide fighters is in the combat movement phase. You have to demonstrate that if all fighters survive combat they have a safe landing place.
During combat you can choose any casualties you want (except for ships in an amphibious assault, of course).
