Kill America in 3rd round?

How about an amphibious landing on British Columbia. Since america can’t enter the war unless attacked, then round 2 will bring all 28 planes to BC also. Then….the final blow. Anyone ever able to pull this off?

If you attack British territory, US gets to declare war. US builds 3 inf, 2 art and afterwards builds 8 tanks 2 inf a turn
