@the-general-0 Trust me, you’re going to want to go forward rather than backward. The 2nd edition rules and setup for Europe can be found on the downloads page. There were no changes to the Europe map in the 2nd edtion.

Paper IPCs are not provided with the newer A&A games. You’re instructed on page 7 of the Rulebook to use whatever method you like to keep track of each power’s current IPC total. Some examples are pencil and paper, coins, or poker chips.

I simply used the money from one of my previous A&A games. I prefer it for when I have left over from the previous turn.
