prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. I dont get dice rolls because of gmail account. borysowiczmike@gmail.com if you want to set up so you get my dice rolls.

I think it’s fair to do a bid for the Allies since you want to play the Axis. I’ve heard the Axis have the advantage. What do you think is fair? I’ve read that a bid of about 9 IPC’s is what most people bid. Are you ok with this? If so, I’ll take the Allies for +9 IPC’s. Go ahead and setup the thread in the Forum if you’re ok with this… This will be my first 1942 2nd edition game…
