@Running-Away Per page 22 of the rulebook, units of another power may be transported only if that power is friendly. Per page 12, the US is not considered to be either friend or enemy to any other power while it remains neutral. Therefore, the US cannot transport units belonging to any other power while it is neutral.

Is there a pdf rulebook or preview out there somewhere yet. Looks like some of you are talking about specific rules in the game so I’m supposing there is.
Is it possible to post me a link here to save me alot of searching?

Not yet, unfortunately. A&A.org have received an advance copy of the game but I doubt the rulebook will ever be posted here in its entirety.
You might want to check the WotC official A&A homepage in about a year’s time though. :-)

I’ll post the PDF rulebook on Sunday or Monday. Probably Sunday. Yeah, Sunday is good because folks might have the game by Monday.
