@The-Janus indeed hurting the luftwaffe is a plus but not if it costs you way too much. Keeping your fighters with UK and alive in the Med then they can go to moscow fast.
Pre-Order is out!

Just a heads up. Not takings sides or telling anyone where they should buy there stuff. But- Coolstuffinc.com has the pre-order set up for E40 at $59.99. $100 worth of stuff gets you free shipping. Or, you could support someone else.

If I’m right, Norway is not in the EU (a clever move, BTW we in Spain didn’t have the option to choose :-P ), so they should keep their national currency … it was crowns? How much is the crisis damaging the norwegians? A interesting question is if you call your goverment socialist because socialist party is ruling or because you think that they are doing socialist politics … here in Spain we have a ruling party called “socialist” but is doing the same neoliberal politics that would do the right wing party (the funny -or not- thing is that right wing party is blaming them for doing the same that they would do if were ruling). Stingy two-party sistem and stingy partitocracy :x As for the 150$ boardgame, it’s clearly an abuse (I paid 75 € for my copy of AAP, including mail costs), but it’s tipical of a free-market economy. You can sell at any prize, no wonder how ridiculous or abusive can be (houses anyone?)

but it’s tipical of a free-market economy. You can sell at any prize, no wonder how ridiculous or abusive can be (houses anyone?) WOW - As someone who works in investments and the finance industry, wow. A free market economy allows anyone to sell at any price they like - but it also allows anyone to buy at whatever price they like. The internet is a perfect example - many, many stores sell Axis & Allies, but coolstuffinc.com has the cheapest price. Guess what? I buy from them, and so do a lot of you. We have that choice, due to a free market system. Funcioneta, I’ll gladly send you a college textbook on micro-economics if you desire.

Considering the slim margin between that price and wholesale cost… Im curious what their shipping charges are?
-

I’m supporting Field Marshal Games all the way!!! Great prices, cheap shipping costs and a great bunch of guys! Can’t go wrong here!
-

i just did a quick check with shipping to my home. coolstuff has the game for $60 and shipping for $28 and takes 8-14 days
field marshal games has the game for $80 and shipping for $8 and takes 2-6 daysfield marshal games supports the axis and allies community, ships quicker, and is the same cost. this looks like an easy decision between these two. however, i am going to support my local game shop as i want to keep them in my city

i remember all the pre-order scramble for Pacific and comparing prices and S/H, then like the day after it was released it was on Amazon for $63 and free shipping…. dang…

Yes, but who out of all the game stores put their money back in to try enhance the Axis and Allies experience and gets involve in the Axis and Allies community? I can only think of one, Field Marshal Games! [Combat Dice(Awesome), Ammo box(Wicked), Combat Units(Can’t wait), Dice tray and towers(Sweet).]

But since it’s not the same for everyone, we can now make informed decisions on it.
