I did a lot of research and came up with an answer. the original site I had found was www.dreamlandcomics.com, but shipping costs kill the good deals.
I now use www.coolstuffinc.com - awesome prices, and free shipping over $100 = A&AP1940 + 2 Of A&A1942 for $102… Not bad, eh?

just picked up another copy at Target. they had them on clearance at 50% off, or $15 each.
