Quick Question about U.S. National Objecives and Bonus Incomes (2nd Edition)

I’m sure it’s self-evident I just want to be 100% clear.

It says for the United States it gets:
-When the United States Is at War:
20 IPCs if the United States controls both Eastern United States and Central United States.
-5 IPCs if the United States controls all of the following territories: South Eastern Mexico, Central America, West Indies.

So am I correct in assuming this happens EACH turn these conditions ar met.

You are correct, as the rulebook says on page 25:

“A power collects the indicated bonus IPCs during each of its Collect Income phases if the condition for that bonus has been met, unless otherwise specified.”
