    Never mind, found it in the rules. Column 1 is all units attacking/defending at 1, which is rolled first and then the defender has to apply casualties. Then column 2 is rolled, etc.

    Well at least I destroyed something lol.

    This attack could really have gone either way.

    The probabilities I calculated:
    UK:
    0 hits - 22.2%
    1 hit - 55.6%
    2 hits - 22.2%

    G:
    0 hits - 18.5%
    1 hit - 50%
    2 hits - 27.8%
    3 hits - 3.7%

    So your most likely result was getting 1 hit, where I would have a bomber left that would have a 66.6% chance to kill either the transport or the battleship. That would have really helped me.

    I tested this battle 5 times which is not a lot, but in three cases I destroyed the transport. In one case I destroyed everything and had a bomber left, and in the last case you had a battleship and a transport remaining just like now. The four battles that went well made me do this attack.
