Game won't let me retreat

I attacked with tanks from Archangel and Russia (Moscow) into Karelia. After some really bad dice results I attempted to retreat. The game offered my Archangel as the destination. After I clicked on it to select it I received a diamond with a flag in the “Retreat” text over Archangel and a notice to click on the red ball with the arrow to finish my retreat. The text over the red ball with the arrow even said “Finish Retreat”. However, clicking on the indicated icon did nothing. Nothing I tried would get my units to retreat. I had to keep attacking until all my units were killed to gat past this point in the game.
If this is a bug, where do I report it?

Similar to your other question/report, @stancollins, this looks rather like understanding how game controls/UI works. Those things might seem wonky to new players. Please join the Discord so that more people could help you. Also, it’s hard to provide commentary without screenshots of your situation.
