• UK23 – 2 ANZAC Infantry Added
• R31 – 2 Infantry Added
• Russian NO Added -> 5 IPCs if Allies own R26, C2, J6, J9
• Added SZ66 to list of pre-war naval accepted sea zones for the US

Note that TripleA currently has both version 2.0.9 and 2.0.12 available under the following names:

• 2.0.9 -> G40 Alt Universe No Escalation
• 2.0.12 -> G40 Alt Universe
