There is something that does not look right in mongolia. Ulaanbataar can not turn american. I think the mongolians should be pro allies now afer the axis attack on the neutrals. And technically I think the americab mech can activate Ulaanbataar, but the territory will turn soviet and the infantry will be red. I dont have a lot of experience with this situation, but I think this is right
