An airbase in Souther France seems more like a bid for the axis :) so I will keep it going and bid an art for Burma

@pacifiersboard I’m realizing infrastructure bids in this format might not be a good idea. Unit bids can be wasted, or used to prevent better bids but their existence still represents a potential problem for the Axis. But infrastructure bids can be placed for the purpose of their capture by Axis. I would suggest we either step back a round and you revisit the s France air base or we proceed with it but with no further infrastructure bids.
