tte units in the army boxes are for quick switches between active and inactive generals, Oberst etc. so you donf have to search and add them everytime.
Operation Felix Heinrich is possible at the current state.

FYI, the way I read the Russian rules, I can elect to destroy my IC/airstrip at any moment, so if you are likely to win a combat action, I will scorch earth everything LOL
For army group formation, are there limits on what units can become part of it? I know there are restrictions on the Corps/Tank Armies for no elite units. (I have built my USSR army assuming this is ok, but if not I have enough infantry to edit it during the USA’s turn,

Yea the Boxes look fine. I would move a TGeneral3 to 1st Tank though. You can leave the inactive one where it is.
