Starting the operation and I’m short a few Russian artillery. Seven to start and with Uranus cards add 7 more! I’m short 3. Anyone else have this problem

Well, per the rulebook the number of plastic components is a hard limit. So you would not be able to have Soviet artillery pieces in more separate locations than the number of plastic pieces provided, I guess the rest would be forfeit. This is known information so the Soviet player should make sure it doesn’t happen by stacking artillery together to use chips or by engaging in sufficient combat that some are eliminated.
