I’ve never played an online game before, so I’ll probably need some assistance when starting my first game. Help via chat would be greatly appreciated so I can make sure I follow all the rules and play the game correctly.
I may need a round or two to fully get comfortable with everything.

@barnee Yes, I’ve been there, but since I’m a newcomer, I didn’t want to jump into a game and risk ruining the experience for anyone.
My idea is to first get a bit familiar with the platform, and after that I’ll probably look for someone there as well for a game that lasts a few hours.

For example are we posting turns or just sending save files back and forth, any bids? I will note that I’m playing a league game and am very busy lately so it may take me a bit for me to take my turn. If this is not an issue or problem i would be happy to play!

Great, and thank you for reaching out.
Since this will be my first game, if you don’t mind, I’d like to start it by closely following the TripleA forum play instructions. This way I can make sure I know how to properly set up the environment and complete my first turn correctly.
If that’s okay with you, I would keep the starting rules as default for the World War II Pacific 1940 2nd Edition map, and I would play as Japan, since I don’t have much experience yet and I’d probably get lost playing multiple nations at once.
Please don’t hold it against me if I make a mistake or two :D

@newenr85 Hello! I’m not sure what the exact TripleA forum instructions are. People play multiple ways on here but mostly turn posts. I would recommend sending save files back and forth for your first time. I do not recommend trying to do turn posts first. I would start with getting the hang of the save files than after you get used to that learn how to post your turns. I would be fine do Pacific 1940 2nd. I make mistakes myself we all do no worries! If you need help with getting the game start ask me or @barnee .
