    Typically, I’m not going to scramble if you outgun me on the ground & air.
    And if scrambling causes me to lose more TUV than without, I’m probably not going to scramble.

    Just putting this out there so that if you have a scramble event, but it’s unlikely for me to scramble, you can just move on.

    I’ll try and let you know in advance if I see some place where there would be questions. Like right now in SZ38 (pacific side) I might scramble to defend the DD or Malaya, unless you bring overwhelming forces.
