@axis-dominion I obviously screwed up in giving you 95% odds. Very foolish of me to have let you take Gibraltar the turn before. But after Italy didn’t attack Spain, and you couldn’t bring the bombers in I figured you weren’t going to go for it given the potential air losses. Dice were definitely what I needed but still painful for me to lose all that.
yeah that was def a blunder by you, and could’ve/shouldv’e been a lot worse, but all things considered, i still won the battle with a net positive gain, so can’t complain too much. and it def resets allied progress in the atlantic, with both axis powers holding strong navies.
and yeah i do regret not having my bombers in range for sure… i was actually originally considering just smashing spain so i didn’t think it’d matter that my bombers were out of normal range, as then they’d reach, but then i realized i have carriers that could catch (for some strange reason i didn’t consdier that option before lol)
