  • @barnee @Panzerstahl-Helm Just re-skimmed the rules for the unique unit/army gouping rules before purchasing.

    For unit purchasing, does this now happen at the start of the turn? Or was I supposed to wait (and would then get the option to place) at the end like normal? Either way, I did not move the new units I placed so there shouldn’t be an issue for Russia. (I’m guessing this is so that the “upgrades” to units can be applied.) — In general, please let me know if I do something wrong!

    I keep a Rulebook window, actually two so I can scroll with one and check the Table of contents with the other, available at all times :)

    The “Help” tab top left will allow you to access “Game Notes”. They explain most of how triplea works with the mod but are continuing to be updated for better clarity.

    Yea, any questions, ask away :) First game is a learning game but @crockett36 just won his first game so it’s not an automatic loss.

    You gonna dig it :)

    Hmm … I just noticed “Elite Armor” on the above list. this is incorrcet. It should place the same as Elite Infantry.

    Oh you should have both. Triplea Game Notes are just how triplea has to implement the rules.
    The Captain’s rules take precedent. Edit and hand rolling with dicebot and Player enforcement makes triplea rule compliant.

    In case I forgot to mention, you can have a different look with "Map Blends on. It’s under “View”.

    Makes it not quite as neon and is easier to see some units in Italy and Java/NG

    Yep your first turn went fine, except for the early place. As you said though, it had no affect on the game and you now know the placement order :)

    Yea the UHD units took me 2-3 games to get used to. But I really dig em now. They’re mostly Frostion’s with Elk doing a few and hepster, ebbe and others as well.

    Oh yea Joe Pants lol. I try to credit everyone when I can :)

    Even using them in the OOB Global makes it seem like a new game lol

    I’ll try and be a mostly silent observer :) Just stoked you checkin it out :)
