After making bigger maps for Global 1940 and Anniversary, Renegade is now putting up an enlarged 1914 map for pre-order:

Who has seen the new axis and allies commanders set?
@Darth-Vahl ME! Looks cool!
Rulebook and some details:
@FranceNeedsMorePower I put my order in before I finished the video I was watching. For only $20 I couldn’t resist.
Thanks for posting the rules Panther. It looks as if only 2 Commanders work in the Global game which is what I play.
This makes no sense to me. Why would you want a Commander if you’re the USA ? You can’t go to TTys with a NB ?
Edit
Seems pretty light on information. There must be more to the rules than what is listed
@barnee All the commanders go with all versions of Axis and Allies. You have to read the individual cards to see the commander abilities. For some reason the rule book only goes over how to apply the cards to other variations of Axis and Allies.
@Darth-Vahl I pre-ordered ASAP also. For only $20 bucks I could not pass it up. Looks pretty cool for sure.
@barnee Lincoln is right right, some abilities you cannot use for some games, but those are just games where you can use them, they are basically examples.
@Darth-Vahl Did you watch the BGN video? It looks cool, when does it come out?
Is there a link with more information ?
lol those guys didn’t know Rommel’s first name ?
:)
Yes this explains it much better thank you
@barnee I actually thought Rommel was always his name until then.
@FranceNeedsMorePower that’s the one I was watching. I think the renegade website says March of 26.
@Darth-Vahl Ooo, way far away for me to pre-order.
This looks interesting.
No wonder where they found inspiration to these rules :-)
The Danish Axis & Allies Association will play test and compare these rules with the Original Axis & Allies Commander house rules from the Axis & Allies Global 1940 House Rules Expansion.
The rules from Renegade/Hasbro/Avalon will be compared with:
We will announce our play test & comparison results on this forum at the House Rules section.
