@Stucifer Sorry about your poor French tank – I run into that problem all the time. I feel badly because the initial setup seems to call for a tank build pretty strongly, but I don’t know that I want to change the rules that barracks can’t build tanks or that factories require a 3-value territory, and I don’t think French Equatorial Africa can reasonably be made to be worth 3 PUs.
I’m open to suggestions if you can see any ways out of this dilemma or if you think one of the assumptions above should be relaxed!
@Argothair I don’t quite know how this is going to play out yet to make an informed opinion, my gut says it’s fine as is. I don’t think FEA should be worth 3, and I like the Barracks addition.
My thinking is that long term if I can focus UK money into India & the middle east, France making a slow offensive into FWA to have enough economy to build a couple ground units and buy the transports to shuck into Normandy might be useful, since they will benefit from any liberation of the mainland.
As an aside, what’s the deal with Vichy/Brazil/etc? Up for grabs by either side?

And, yes, all the neutrals are up for grabs by whoever. A few of them have a couple of armies that will resist any invasion. The truly impassible regions (e.g. Spain, Sahara) are a different color, and nobody can enter them.
