Depending on work and event timing next year my buddy and I are interested in joining!
We’ve mostly been playing OOB G40, both on Triple A and in person. We’ve trialed a few house rules but nothing compared to this expander rule set - looking forward to learning.

Since you and your buddy play with triplea sometimes, a heads up that the Captain’s House Rules have been modded for triplea.
There is a small group of us who play on triplea and you are welcome to join us.

From my quick search, I don’t see any upcoming ones (but am also new to the forum).
Thank you. I’ll take a look at playing on Triple A to learn the rules first before I get too distracted with making all the extra units for the table top!

Captain has it set up so you can print paper ones until you go Big :)
Triplea has the Basic Rules, as well as Sections 1-4 and all the optional rules.
Tournament Rules also but you need to turn certain options off for them.
We have an event from Friday 31st October to Sunday 2nd November this year.
Look under “Events” and search for 6th Northern European A&A Wiking-Con 2025.

How to score points in order to qualify for the Axis & Allies Global 1940 Expansion World Championship :
During an Axis & Allies G40 Wiking-Con event the scoring points are registered like this:
During any other Axis & Allies G40 HRE event (if players either play at home or at any A&A event other than Wiking-Con) the scoring points are registered like this:
When playing on TripleA the scoring points are registered like this:
Important:
In addition to the above Scoring System any player will score 1 point each time that 10 G40 HRE games are completed - both the winning player as well as the losing player (also both players by draw).
Both TripleA and board games count towards this score.
We have decided that G40 HRE games played on TripleA also qualifies for the G40 HRE World Championship.
