Is this a error ? Why can transports coming from Japan and arriving at Z63 with two steps unload units in W Canada, skipping Z64, when they should only disembark in Alaska? This is in a revised game.

@Betano Yes, this is an error.
The game.xml in line 426 incorrectly lists:

<connection t1="63 Sea Zone" t2="Western Canada"/>

while there of course should not be a connection.
