Battle of Britain on 28 September

The summer Battle of Britain will be held on the 28th September 2025.

This all-day event is held in Derbyshire, UK.

Typically we have 6 to 12 players, with up to three A&A games running - Anniversary, 1942.2 and 1914 - allowing everyone to decide which they wish to join. We may add North Africa to choices available for this next event.

@Private-Panic Approximately wherein Derbyshire? I’m not sure if I can make it but I’m looking at airports and flights.

@djensen The venue is in the village of Hollington, post code DE63AG. Hiring a car is probably most practical. A drive of 1 hr 20 mins from Manchester airport, or 1 hour from Birmingham airport, or just 35 mins from East Midlands Airport, if that is an option. London is further away - Heathrow being two and a half hours for example.

Alternatively a train into Derby and a taxi from there? 21 minutes.

@Private-Panic Given that I would be coming from SFO, it’s probably overall faster to fly to LHR.
