@commobill Welcome to the forum.
I moved your topic to the Anniversary Edition forum category which should be the place where you will find what you are looking for. (See the stickied topics.)
Played another double blind game this past weekend. Great time. I’ve only played this a few times and love it. I was Russia this time out and got crushed.
A couple of the guys who played are frequenters on the boards and I’m sure they can add more to what I am posting.
I wanting to thank Imperious Leader for his maps for play. I printed out 2 of his AAA50HE maps for use. Each one was 30"x56" I believe. Huge and Gorgeous.
I’m trying to see if I can get a Double Blind game going at TotalCON Feb 18-21. If I can get enought people to commit to playing, I want to print out maps that are approx 40"x75". It will need 4 x 8ft tables to play.
Here are a couple of pics of the game boards. Russian troops are noticeably absent as they are now speaking German…;-)
Thanks,
Brian

How did you print out the maps? I’ve downloaded it, but what do you recommend doing next. Kinkos? The setup looks fantastic :)
I happen to have a 44" wide epson at work that I can use. Kinkos would be your best bet.
nice map!
@Imperious:
nice map!
Downloaded it from some guy on the net :-D.
IL’s map, it is very nice.
I have a 48" X 96" printed and played under plexiglass!
I hope he does more maps!
Actually i made what i call the supreme map for AA42. It took a long time coming. But the problem is the file is 750 MB and cant be reduced, so i need a special file sharing site to load it up. It is entirely new artwork and uses the exact same land texture/surface as AA50/42.
I want to make a special version of it for a new map concept based on AA50 and AA42, keeping the sea zones the same as AA50, but adding alot of new land territory ( about double that of AA42)
Russian sub in the Baltic Sea???
Russian sub in the Baltic Sea???
Sent it on a suicide mission. It survived. Russia didn’t.
:roll:
Sound good IL, I hope you can work out the detailss of the map, you always do good work.
