    @Stucifer In PTV you don’t CV scramble to defend unguarded transports or subs.

    But what about airbases? in OOB or BM4, airbases scramble to protect adjacent water from any attack. Does the same rule apply in PTV or does it inherit the “new” naval scramble rule that requires combat ships to be present in order to scramble?

    The restrictions only apply to carrier and land scrambles. Airbases can still scramble to any adjacent sea zone regardless of whether there are units there or not.
