    ftrs roll at 2 in air raids,
    Malta/Crete/Cyprus give a +3 bonus for both Italy and Britain
    +5 Bonus for Japan and USA for holding Guam/Midway/Wake.
    British empire bonus reduces to +3
    -3 Penalty for Britain for having axis subs in the Atlantic
    +2 Balkan + Crete bonus for Germany
    USSR Lend Lease objectives for Persia/z80, Amur/z5 and Arkangel/z125, +2 each
    Separate Patriotism bonus for USSR +3
    +5 USA bonus for 2 of Holland/Normandy/S France
    +3 bonus to India for no Indian subs
    Malaya+Kwangtung bonus reduced to +3
    Island and original bonuses for Anzac reduce to +3, but additional bonus of +3
    setup changes

    I think that is the main changes.

    Does the set favor the Allies? I don’t see anything in there except Lend lease which assists the Allies? On the contrary, more ways for the Axis to reduce Allied income. Not impressed.


  • @crockett36 I saw a game where the US player was throwing away transport after transport to grab the Pac objuectives. Ahistorical and nonsensical as the Japanese just bought more ships and became invincible.

    Well… Maybe I should have kept the Atlantic sub as a bonus rather than a penalty.

    Claiming the French territories is a big plus for the Allies. Lend Lease makes a pretty big difference for the allies. Also an easy +3 for UK_Pacific makes a difference.

    Effectively, UK gets +1 and Anzac gets +1

    China and UK?
