@barnee Thanks for the replies, the CIS ones sound good, and I like the idea of Gibraltar actually being important in 1914. I might also give the Spanish objectives in North Africa to motivate them to spread out a bit more. Not quite sure what to do with China yet, but they will probably be with the Central Powers (I know they weren’t historically, but it balances the game better). I’m thinking maybe I will give them IPCs for capturing Korea and parts of south Asia.

Hello, I’m quite new to the game, a question about the US before entering the war. I understand they cannot ‘move land or air units out of the USA’. But the comment is specific to land units and out of US. What about moving naval units and loading out of Canada? In other words is the US allowed to collaborate with the UK over the first three turns to build transports and move some of the UK units from Canada to UK / wherever?

@Running-Away Per page 22 of the rulebook, units of another power may be transported only if that power is friendly. Per page 12, the US is not considered to be either friend or enemy to any other power while it remains neutral. Therefore, the US cannot transport units belonging to any other power while it is neutral.
