Need clarification on the victory rules. The rules posted on the AA website for PTV and BM4 are silent about how the Allies win the war.
So, I checked the second edition of the AA Rule book for Atlantic/Pacific 1940. These rules specify that the Allies have to capture Berlin, Rome, and Tokyo for one complete turn while retaining possession of one Allied capital.
