Its turn one , Japan wants to combat move its fleet at sz 33 thru sz 34,sz 35, to sz 43 to invade Borneo. Can Japan pass thru sz 35 which contains an American fleet since Japan and the US are not at war?
You can reinforce a space in noncombat movement, whether you attacked it or not. The only restriction is that you can’t move air units into a newly captured land territory.
