Hello everyone, with the new year and a new support drive beginning, @Stucifer and I have decided to sweeten the pot a bit and generate some interest for our favorite league game variant. For any player who has never played PTV or whose most recent PTV league game was completed in 2023 or earlier, we will pay for a Gold badge for any player who completes 3 PTV games this year. For players who pay for their own badge, we will still make an equivalent dollar amount donation to the forum. Limited to the first 5 sign ups, please DM if interested, thank you!

@djensen There might be a problem with the signup. I’ve tried to pay for bronze level for the past 3 days, but the pay pal site keeps saying not available at this time.

I checked today and the paypal site would allow me to buy silver or gold…is this a sneaky way to force an upgrade?

I appreciate all that is done at this site, but i hadn’t planned on upgrading.

Any help?

I cannot make it work.

I try to pay with VISA.

Paypal keeps asking for new password - and is sending me a code to enter…

I do not get the same picture as you have shown above… there is no “switch off…” button for creating Paypal account…

@The-Captain Do you already have a PayPal account? If so, you might need to log in. If you do not have a PayPal account, it should work.

I have been trying to reset my password on PayPal - all I know is, that I always pay by VISA - and never with PayPal…

Have you got the payment confirmation from Paypal? Then you should be fine - and @djensen will award you the badge once he finds time.

What I am talking about is that with the badge the Support Drive window should disappear, leaving only the “Thank you…” image. It’s a technical issue.

If anybody is curious about the process to add badges, here’s how it goes:

• Log onto PayPal, open all the transactions that appear to be support drive related. Usually easy because it’s Firstname Lastname. But if your account has a business name instead, it gets confusing.
• Open up the group page for Patron 2025 - (Gold|Silver|Bronze)
• Paste username into the search, wait for it to pop-up
• Add the username to the group
• Click on the username
• 3 dots
• Edit
• Go to the Group multi-select box and reorder 2025 to the top of the list
• Select all the groups
• Save

This does not include adding to the table of patrons, which I’m also behind on.
