Have not found what I wanted by searching so wanted to ask here.

1. What are common bids for Global 1940 Balanced Mod 3 with Vichy Rules (and Buy after Combat Planning)

2. Do you limit to 1 unit per zone?

3. Do you specify what units and where and have opponent agree on that bid? Or just dollar amount?

Quick answer is that bids seem to keep going up with bids over 20 now common.
