If an Italian bomber attacks the Malta Convoy zone in where you have 3 Supply Tokens and 1 UK Fighter, his attack value is technically 6 with the Fighter having a defense value of 5. This is of course quite absurd that a slow bomber would be able to attack a Spitfire and have a stronger attack value. Has there been a complimentary rule on this in order to reduce the bomber attack value to well below the Fighters value to reflect the very slim chance of success

Axis & Allies North Africa Question

Please see the attached picture open while you read my question/

Suppose when Germany takes it’s turn it takes 4 tanks and 3 mechs and goes into Egypt.
Let’s say all the lind mines put all the units in (time out). Where would they go? If they went back to Mersa Matruh it would exceed the stacking limit. So, what would happen.

@FranceNeedsMorePower good day.
Only 3 German units can move into Mersa and attack Cairo, as there are 5 (am I right ?) Italian units there . Attacks are made from adjacent territories and stacking limits must be checked at the end of every phase of a Power’s turn.Those 5 Italian units are preventing more than 3 German units moving there and attacking Cairo.
Can you see that ?
Air units could attack Cairo, as they would be in the Cairo territory and don’t count against stacking , when attacking .
Remember that Ground units always attack from an adjacent territory. -
@Witt THANK YOU! I did not realize that. :)
