@The-Captain this is our playing out game after Allies lost with successful Sealion attack.
It’s been entertaining and has some different scenarios. A strong SSR being the main one. OOB is like that as well :)

No yanks in Moscow. The markers are 1st Soviet Army Group and their 1st Corps. Only Americans are in the Far East.

They think it’s an American roundel, but if you look very closely it is actually a Soviet one. It just looks very similar.
I thoght that was maybe the issue. I think you made them the same as what they printed though

@The-Captain I took a few liberties with the setup. It doesn’t affect game play but since triplea can do it, I thought it’d be more visually appealing :)
Slovakia and Romainia start as Pro Axis. You move one dude in first Impulse to Slovak and then into ROM 2nd Impulse.
Correct movement is Player enforced for a lot of it but it’s just like playing on the real board :)
Poland is Pro Allies so it can fight without declaring War on the True Neutrals.
E POL and Baltic STs are True Neutral. They each get a dude for visual defense and the russians are moved to Belarus that were there.
They auto change to Soviet after SSR 1939 turn with the correct setup taking place. Same with Bessarabia except I put his extra dudes in W UKR and he starts out as Pro Axis.
Karelia and Vyborg start out Pro Axis with Pro Axis units. Norway and Denmark the same for Pro Allies.
Holland I made Dutch and removed 1 UK Inf and replaced with Dutch. He and it will auto change to UK if not conquered.
Have 3 U-boats in 112 and 2 in 113. They auto move after NCM towards there starting positions. It’s actually kinda cool to watch them deploy lol

Everything will end up as you intended. Will need to do some edit depending on where the Surface ships of the Kriegsmarine end up and then just Player enforce not moving units you shouldn’t.
What do you think about the U-boat setup ? Should I start with 2 in 112 and 3 in 113 ? Surely the Kriegsmarine had a few U-boats in the Atlantic before Poland was attacked.
Anyway, not a biggie. just want to make it look as cool as possible :)

As long as the G39 and G40 Set Up are correct, your changes to colors and unit placements are nice adjustments to the G39 scenario.

Yes everything will auto change when needed so it will be exact with your 39 mod.
I just started Congo Belgian lol. He will turn UK at end of UK turn :)

Once you get that done you will need to download a prerelease. We don’t want the most recent as they are still being fine tuned.

you can also overwrite it and just have one when you install the pre but might as well have both :)

Install
Note it usually takes 3 times to go to 100% and then back to 0% and then 100 again. It was worked on and maybe the newer pre has fixed it but that’s how it does it for me.
So wait until it just stops on 100%
Close takes you back to Start Screen. Then Select Game 
Then Start Local Game
Play
The first notification will tell which Game Version you have. 2.54 is latest
To have only certain “Game Options” selected after selecting the game but before starting it go to “Game Options”
The ones on the left are mostly just triplea stuff. You can see Type XXI U-boats bottom of 5th row. If you don’t want to use them, simply deselect.
Note after a game starts you can save and before you restart you can deselect or select an Option. It won’t kick in until Germany’s next turn though. Also it will still show up in the TimeTable.
If deselected before you first start the game it won’t show up. I’ll try and fix it for if you forget after Game Start to turn something off like I always do but then we usually have all options on :) Trout and I have started not using the XXI U-boats.
The Help tab top left has the in game “Game Notes” that explains how triplea implements the HRE rules.

Didn’t used to be like that but i bitched for years about the change and was ignored as usual.
Anyway, you’ll want to read those. They’re mostly up to date but I’m still clarifying certain things and some of it has become dated. It’s mostly accurate though.
So if you can get triplea installed, which I believe you have in the past or perhaps that was someone else’s machine, you’ll be pretty much good to go.

So most likely if you have any trouble it will be with the install. If we have to, we’ll ask Panther to help but I think you should be OK.
Just hit yes on all the prompts and then follow the Dogs instructions for having multiple tripleas installed. He’s on windows so should be easier to follow.
This is what my Triplea looks like after it’s installed. I have a Big T TripleA and a small t triplea.
The Big T is where the releases go and some other stuff

Missed a shot. This is the Big T folder
So you can see 14962 is in there and then I have another release 15330 which is in a different folder. That’s basically how you have more than one.
The small t folder is the one you’ll be using. That’s where the downloadedMaps and savedGames are
savedGames you’ll be using a lot. You’ll be adding and deleting to them as your games progress.
The hilighted one is our current multi with Alex Panzer and Trout :)
All the final saves are in the Game Threads but I have them all saved in a separate folder as well.
If I ever get real bored or find the time I’ll update Victory’s spreadsheet thingy with all the results :) Have to figure out how to do it first :)
Oh yea I probably should put this up top but you will want a game specific email for the die rolls and to register with the Marti dice Server. You should use either protonmail or GMX as they both work.
Idk if gmail or the yahoos are working now or not.
